  The Cuisinart CHW-12 is a best-selling programmable 12-cup coffee maker that also includes a hot water dispenser. The coffeemaker has a 54-ounce hot water reservoir that can be used for both brewing a pot of coffee or for adding hot water to tea or hot cocoa. Indicator lights on the coffeemaker show whether the hot water is empty, heating or ready to dispense. The coffee maker also has a 24-hour programmable auto on timer, an auto shut-off, an included gold-tone mesh reusable filter and carafe temperature control settings.

The coffeemaker earned a mediocre "good" rating for brew performance and "very good" ratings for convenience and carafe handling. Consumers seem to love the Cuisinart CHW-12, and it was ranked the No. 1 best-selling drip coffeemaker on Amazon in November 2011. Of the 160+ reviews posted on Amazon, more than 100 of them offer the coffeemaker a five-star rating (out of five).
