What People Are Saying:
Consumer Reports did not review the Keurig B78, but did review a previous version, the B70, and gave it relatively high marks as a pod coffee maker. Consumer Reports rated size consistency and repeat speed as excellent; convenience, brewing range and temperature consistency earned very good ratings. The biggest drawback noted by Consumer Reports was the additional space needed above the machine to allow for loading coffee pods. Consumers who purchased the model also gave it relatively high marks. On Amazon, the model had mostly 4- and 5-star reviews (out of five). A few customers reported receiving units that failed quickly, but noted Keurig offers good customer service.
