What People Are Saying:

The Black & Decker Brew-n-Go received mixed reviews from consumers and professional product testers alike. Consumer Reports rated the brew performance as very good, but its convenience was rated good. User reviews on Consumer Reports run the gamut from customers who thought the model worked great for years to people who complained it broke within months. Some customers said it repeatedly overflowed because the fill line was hard to read. Customer reviews on Amazon were much more positive, with more than 900 of the 1,200 posted reviews giving the model 4- or 5-star reviews. Most said that for less than $20, this model easily lives up to expectations. Several customers who had trouble with this coffeemaker noted the return policy and the warranty on the product were lacking. In June 2012, this model was the No. 2 best-selling single-serve coffee maker on Amazon; it also ranked No. 2 among all drip coffee machines on the retailer's website.
