The Whirlpool Gold WDF750SAYW is an energy-efficient machine with a large capacity that should quietly handle the dishwashing needs of most households. Although it doesn't have the adjustable upper rack or fold-down tines found on more expensive models, the WDF750SAYW series does have a stainless steel drum and interior; the ability to delay the start of a wash cycle for two, four or eight hours; and a covered silverware basket that can be installed either inside the door or in the bottom rack.

What People Are Saying:

Consumer Reports estimates the Whirlpool Gold WDF750SAYW will perform similarly to the Whirlpool Gold WDT910SAYM, which it rated excellent for energy use, very good for noise and ease of use and good (a somewhat mediocre ranking) for washing. There are not many user reviews posted online, but those that CostHelper found are primarily positive, with about 65%-80% recommending this machine. Those who like it say it's very quiet and cleans dishes well, although a few mention minor problems with the silverware basket when it is inside the door instead of in the lower rack (it can be used either place). Those who dislike this machine report major irrigation with the silverware basket in the door, and also report report breakdown and repair problems.
